I love Craig! He's great at his job and is incredibly kind. The receptionist Sandra seems salty but she's really not. She's very nice and we always chat up a storm now that I know she is actually a sweetheart. I always leave feeling tired but relaxed and in less pain.
Truly disappointing. Some friendly staff but overall incredibly unorganized, don't care about patients, not willing to help. Honestly so much red tape and inconsistency I do not recommend this facility at all.

I'd give a negative review if I could. They kick patients without warning, take FOREVER to transfer medical records after kicking you, and a certain doctor there is very rude. They also have the stupidest hours.
Doctors are helpful, but the staff is AWFUL. They hate their jobs, you can heat the attitude through the phone. I have been a patient here for three years ONLY because I am in college and can't get back home to my normal doctor. I complain about this place to EVERYONE. They don't answer the phones, was blatantly hung up on by a carrie/casey. Cannot wait to never have to deal with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
