Great service here, even when a worker isn't present at the location, if you have any issues just pick up the red phone and some one is here in minutes.
The equipment is in good condition and plentiful. I can do all my laundry and my king size comforters. They do however charge extra for horse blankets. I like the fact that most of the dryers have a rare feature on them - air dry. So many fabrics can't go into a heated dryer, but they can tumble dry in an air- only dryer.
This laundromat is clean, well lit at night and the staff are always friendly, my issues are that there are always multiple dryers down and I 99% of the time only use 1 washer and 1 dryer and it's often hard for me to get a dryer. Because there are so many dryers out of order. I try to be courteous so I don't let my clothes just sit in a machine when the cycle is done, and so many times I find myself waiting and staring at dryers that have been finished for sometimes 15 minutes yet the clothes are just sitting in there. I understand that the customers can't be controlled but I wish there were some sort of policy about how long clothes can sit. I know not everyone will follow the policy but I think it would at least plant the seed and make people more aware of how long they let their stuff sit.
I take advantage of the laundromat's drop off option to have my very dirty horse blankets cleaned. The price is worth the service as they come out looking like-new, folded and nicely bagged for me. Couldn't be happier.
I totally understand that people need to wash clothes but I can't imagine using 4 or 5 dryers and knowing how busy this place gets and just letting my clothes sit.
